Open Manage Server Administrator does not have any performance agent I think. IT Assistant uses the Windows OS features to collect the information and I believe the agent refered to is a psuedo agent (no agent is physically present on the systems being managed). The performance agent appears only if those servers are monitored for perfomance , other wise they will not be shown by IT Assistant, I do not think you would need to reinstall the Server Administrator's on those machines
The disk performance counters are by default turned off in the W2K systems, so that might be a reason for the error messages in the performance execution logs
