The bootable Firmware update bundle ISO cannot be considered as a non-attended firmware update method. You will need to use a different method. For instance, I can suggest you RACADM commands on Windows or Linux or OpenManage Enterprise.

Thank you Diego for the reply. I am trying to use Redfish to automate firmware updates. I will try iDRAC9 approach that you suggested and see if I can use Redfish to perform same steps that your article has.
In my opinion ISO based f.w update can reboot after waiting for set time period for user key press. But I understand that the user may want to see the result from the console.

Take a look to OME aka OpenManageEnterprise. When it comes to FW Upgrade you can compare it with MS WSUS.
