CIM problem

I've read through the documentation and searched the boards trying to find an answer for this.  We recently upgraded to IT Assistant 7.0 and OM 4.3.  I setup a domain admin account and used group policy to allow it to login as a service.  I ran gpupdate on my test server and used the Trouble Shooting tool to try and test CIM Connectivity.  This is what I get:

Result :

Connected to - Windows Name Space, Server Name Space.

Failed to connect to - Client Name Space. Help me resolve

When I click on the Services Tier Configuration tab and test the DCOM Connectivity it succeeds.  What step am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

If you are troubleshooting a server machine this is normal, your cim configuration is correct.
At least that's what it says on the documentation. Cim connectivity test will report connected to windows name space - client name space and failed to connect to server name space when you troubleshoot a clien machine (desktop/portable).
DCOM connectivity test succeeds when your host is running windows 2000 platform but fails if it's running win xp with sp2. In that case you can fix it modifying the local group policy but you don't really need to anyway...
What other problems do you get except from this error message (which you don't have to worry about)?
Check my thread to see what problems I'm facing with ITA 7...
