Cannot Login to Dell OpenManage Server Administrator

I had a problem where I could not log into the OpenManage Server Administrator. I did the following to resolve my issue. I went to Control Panel then to Programs and Features and I uninstalled Dell OpenManage Server Administrator. After uninstalling I went to C:\ and I deleted the OpenManage Folder. I then proceeded to download the latest version from Dell and performed the install. After the install I still had issues about the username and/or password was incorrect, even though I was using the same username and password that I used to log into the server. I was using Internet Explorer and tried several things that I found in other posts. So, I decided to use Google Chrome instead and made it the default web browser. After that I was able to use OpenManage Server Administrator with no problems.
