I am getting the same ***. and i guess that dell will not let you download it. because its was not supported t install win 2012 when you buy the server. and they said to me that my service tag is not supported to download the management after purses . ? what is this ?

Hi Stevenho1102,
With bellow link the SBUU dowload was success(screenshot attached). http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/555/product-support/product/poweredge-r620/drivers
Expand "Secure Systems Management" and select "Dell Systems Build and Update Utility" and Proceed with ServiceTag and continue download.
The dowload was success:
Let me know the link is works or not.
Thanks,
Sasi
