Client Connector not showing any CIM data

Question

Any thoughts on troubleshooting Client Connector?  The component installed properly on the ITA server.  When I right click on a machine and do Application Launch:Client Connector, it appears that I connect just fine, but the CIM section is blank.  Just shows CLASS NAME and DESCRIPTION with no table below it.
