Complain against DELL Authorized supplier

Dears, I have made an order with on of your official and authorized server suppliers in UAE and i have been promised to receive my order with in 4-6 weeks which is why i have placed it based on the time schedule that they have provided but now the time has been passed and no response or clarification about the issue. I need to get information otherwise please draw that authorization from them so they won’t manipulate your respectful customers tracking order: Service Tag :
