I'm sorry for the setback you went through. Now I think there was a problem with the operating system you are using due to the sudden shutdown. Which operating system is running on the server? Is the virtual disk online on the Array, is there an error on the physical disks in the VD? If you have a recovery disc created on the OS side, you may need to open it with it.
Can you try to discharge static electricity on the server first as a result of sudden power failure. Can you turn the server off, remove the power supplies from its socket and hold down the power button for 15-30 seconds and try turning on the server after a few minutes.
For R320, it may not help you to recover, but we have a CentOS 7.4 operating system file, which we call "server live image" and contains some test programs. It seems OS related issue not hardware issue but you can check a few steps. If you have a recent backup, it might be better to simply restore it. with SLI you can check Is there a hardware error or not? https://dell.to/3rqPbsS You can try booting the server with this image. However, this recovery will not work. You check whether the server is booting on another operating system. However, a solution is required on the actual OS side. I hope this help!
