This SSL error is happening most probably due to the self-signed certificate.
Try using Chrome. In Chrome web browser go to settings -> Under Network, change Proxy settings -> Advanced and see options available for you in SSL and TLS.
You can also check SSL 2.0 on the Advanced tab. Change to Content tab and Clear SSL state, adjust your browser security settings to Medium or Low under Security, reload your browser and try again.
If the problem persist, try using an old version of Chrome. Newer browsers have had a lot of added security. Your issue appears to be related to browser security.

In this topic a customer used Google Chrome version 22.
It seems it worked.
