Error Message from Windows 2000 Server log

I found there is a error event log called "Service Control Manager"
 
The Description:
 
The dcesm service failed to start due to the following error:
The specified driver is invalid.
 
please advise that what can i do to fix the problem? thx a lot

Thank you for posting! That service that is not starting is an older Open Manage Server Administrator(OMSA) service. Once again this is from an older version of OMSA. You will need to remove the older version of OMSA from add/remove programs. After doing so, you will need to install the latest version of OMSA, which is 5.2. This should clear up your issue. Thank you.
