Exception EConvertError and EAccessViolation errors when booting

Question

I have been receiving 2 error messages upon boot of Dell XPS system.  I do not know how to take care of these. Exception EConvertError in module ISHelperexe at 0000D4C2.  '' is not real integer value. EAccessViolation in module ISHelperexe at 004CB6AF.  Read of address 000005C.
