Extend boot partition in Win NT 4

Hi all,
 
I have a PE 2500, with 4 hard drives, Raid 5. Windows NT SP 6a.
I have 3 partitions, c:\ 2 GB, d:\ 2 GB, and e: 46 GB
This server is running low on disk space in the c: ( boot partition) and i need to upgrade this Server
to Windows 2003.
I need to merge the space from D:\ to the c:\.
 
I have installed Dell openmanage Array manager.
 
Please Help

Your only option with Array Manager is to delete the D partition and extend the C partition into that space.  You will need a utility called extpart.
 
 
The space to be extended to must be contiguous, which I think it is in your case.
