Help with Open Manage & IT Assistant
Hello All,
I am trying to implement Open manage and IT assistant for about 35 servers.
Where can i find documentation for these products.
Help pointers and advise, i really appreciate.

Thanks for those links, it was very informative. Now, i am trying to setup traps and see how it will work. I have IT assistant setup on my pc and i have a PE 2600 Server with SNMP installed on it and i have configured it with my PC's ip as the trap destitnation.
How do i trigger a SNMP event and how do i see those in my PC?
Please help.
