Hi,
Is it to install under Windows?
If so, I suggest to use the exe package and everything will update automatically.
But beware if it's a PowerEdge M610 running on a x64 OS, the only package available at the moment for this specific config seems to be only for x86.

I am facing same problem on Dell Server R815, CPLD version mismatch. our OS is Windows 2008R2 Standard 64 bit. and my question is what is the command using for update CPLD?
