Hello

Windows 10 is not a supported OS on the R340, so I don't know how to get it to work. I suggest trying the 64-bit version. The 64-bit version should still be able to run 32-bit applications. Windows on Windows 64 allows Windows 64-bit operating systems to run 32-bit applications. I think WoW64 is enabled by default, but I suggest reviewing documentation to verify.

The iDRAC creates virtual hardware that is presented to the operating system for keyboard and mouse input, I think they are presented as USB devices. Your issue may be a driver issue with that virtual hardware. It could also be that the operating system is locking up. If the keyboard and mouse are functional prior to that screen then I would suspect a lockup. OS compatibility issues are usually driver related. I would remove as much hardware as possible from the system to reduce the possibility of driver issues. You can also test with a real keyboard and mouse.

Thanks
