Issue to upload drivers ISO for R810

Hi

The customer Arkema is facing issues to upload Vsphere drivers ISO for R810 and T310.

He is trying to upload true http://www.dell.com/support/home/fr/fr/frbsdt1/product-support/product/poweredge-r810/drivers.

The customer can't use Dell Repository Manager because of their internal processes.

Could you please help finding a solution for the customer.

Thanks

Thanks a lot for your answer.

The customer is asking Where do these ISOs come from? By whom are they maintained? Is it generalized for all Dell products? What is included in these ISOs?

thanks

Hi,

I am trying to update the firmware for poweredge R810 using iDRAC6..not exactly sure which package i have to download.http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/poweredge-r810/drivers here found 6 files tried downlading the zip files and extracted. when I am trying to upload it on iDRAC its throwing an error "File is not valid for iDRAC Firmware update". the 3 files after Unzipping are
zax_cpu.jed
zax_io.jed
ZCPLD_150-checksum.txt.

and even tried to download the .iso file from the download center-->driver-->firmware-->Dell 11G Internal Dual SD Module, v.1.10, A03.

File Name: IDSDM_UpdateLiveCD_A03.iso

and when trying to upload this file  its forever in  "File upload in Progress" and finally timing out.

Any help would be greately appreciated in updatign the firmwareon my R810.
