Lifecycle controller virtual Disk Status Failed
Hello,
I rebooted a server ( ubuntu server ), it didn't came up. I checked on it, it says no boot device available, current boot mode is BIOS etc..
I checked in lifecycle controller, it says Virtual Disk 1 ( raid level 0 ) state failed ?
What's going on ? does that mean that the physical disk has failed and will not function anymore ?
is there a way to get the system up again ? ( I'm new to dell hardware )
Hardware is PowerEdge R220
Thanks for the help

Hi,
Is this a new install or an existing configuration? The S110 only supports Windows for raid mode. If you go into the system bios and sata settings what does it show for the mode of embedded sata?
