Network Manager - event Monitor

I am having an issue with the NetConfigBackup Failed messages.  I have all my switches in equipment manager and they all back up when I go in and do an idividual backup and they are set for automatically backup every night.  The error I get when looking at details is under additional info and says "Error received from driver backup service.  I cannot figure out what is failing and need some help in knowing where I should look.  Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

 

Also does anyone know how to set up e-mail so I will get email messages when things fail?
