OS deployment with lifecycle controller

Hello,

I'm trying to deploy Windows 2019 on my R420 server.

I connect to the virtual console and mount my ISO.

I have tried with lifecycle controller (doing a manual install) and by selecting my virtual CD drive from the boot menu. I have try with legacy and UEFI boot.

It always bring me to the screen where windows load the files, at the very beginning, and then a moment later, it brings me an error 0xc00000e9 Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred.

Firmware version is: 2.52.52.52

How could I solve the problem?

Thanks

Hello

I would disconnect unnecessary hardware to try to remove potential issues. I think the point at which it is giving that error is when it is creating a RAM drive to load the installation environment. If you tried to deploy using the Lifecycle Controller then you may have an existing RAM drive. If you disconnect power from the system for about 30 seconds it will delete any RAM drives from memory.

Thanks
