When you login, does it just come right back to the login prompt or does it actaully say "login failed". If it just comes back, I ran into that too where once I updated to OMSA 7.3 it no longer accepted special characters in my passwords. Try logging in with an account that doesn't have a special character or change your password and see if that does it. It's not a pretty fix but Dell doens't seem to really acknowledge the issue.

Hey Jack,
Yes it just returns to the login screen and the password I have does have special characters.
Sounds like you nailed it. I will have to install it again and try.
thanks for the tip

FYI, Dell released a patch to 7.3.0.1 and this issue appears to have been fixed!
