I have typed as url ftp.dell.com/.../catalog.cab
Import Dell Version Control Catalog for System Update from ftp.dell.com/.../catalog.cab completed sucessfully.
And these are the files it tries to download
Downloading Dell OME component from downloads.dell.com/.../invCol_KP2PC_WIN32_17.03.200.987_A00.exedownloads.dell.com/.../invCol_RPTVF_WIN64_17.03.200.987_A00.exedownloads.dell.com/.../invcol_KP2PC_LN32_17.03.200.987_A00
To end with this message "Exception:The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

Yep, I'm seeing the same issue on a clean install of OME, updated to 2.2.0.1.
I've tried changing the URL to ftp as advised above to no avail. I refuse to modify HOSTS file to get this working!
Dell, can we have a fix please? This issue is pathetic.
Hi Josh, were you able to find a solution to this?
This is still a problem on a clean install of OME.

add this to your host file;
143.166.147.76 ftp.dell.com downloads.dell.com
and disable proxy in "settings/general settings"
verify with cmd:
nslookup ftp.dell.com
Name: ftp.ins.dell.comAddress: 143.166.135.76Aliases: ftp.dell.com

Here we go again...updating to 17.6.0.1140 has the same symptoms. Adding 143.166.147.76 ftp.dell.com downloads.dell.com to the hosts works again :emotion-4:
