Openmanage Server administrator 4.5, will not load in Internet Explorer

I have been thinking about the problem here since the last post and I believe that when I had the program on the server before, I may have had IE 6.  I now have IE7.  Does anyone know if this may be why I am having the problems?

 

When I try to open the program IE keeps saying "connecting to site 192.168.128.102, and the status bar gets to about 1/4 of the way to "done" and it sits there.  Does anyone have any ideas how I could troubleshoot this?  I am really trying to get this to work as I found it very helpful in the past when I had it on the server.
