Power redundancy is lost. Configuration options are available through Power Configuration
Hello.
I Get a redundancy error on my dell R620 server.
The Error is: "Power redundancy is lost. Configuration options are available through Power Configuration".
The PS1 Status is "Present | Failure".
Im not sure if it a software issue or hardware issue. is there a known solution for this problem?

Taltas,
To help troubleshoot the issue I would start by swapping the power cables, if the error persists afterwards then swap the power supplies in their slots. If the error drops or swaps to Power Supply 2 let me know. The results from that will tell us if the issue is the cable, power supply, or slot/system.
