Poweredge T310 Max fan speed
I've had my T310 for two years now and want to run my fans at full speed all the time. Is there any special way to do this? I'm stumped. I don't mind the noise it will make either.

I would start by going to the BIOS and then under Power Management - Fan Power and Performance Mgmt - verify that is set to Maximum Performance. Normally the only time the fan will spin at full RPM's constantly is if it is hot, the firmware is really far behind, or there is something missing in the server. None of these are advisable to do to get it to run continuously.
