Reboot the computer and if that doesn’t work uninstall the software and reinstall. You can download the software from the following link:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&cs=22&l=en&s=dfh&ServiceTag=&SystemID=PWE_T710&os=WNET&osl=en&catid=&impid=
Software ISO image - under System Firmware > Dell-CD ISO Image.

Rebooting worked for one machine, but not the other one. I will try reinstalling the software as you suggest.
