Quest Software - Active Directory Administor

I am a new member in this forum. And i have a question about Quest Active Directory Administor. So please, feel free, to relocate that post if this not the relevant corner.

Actually, it's about Auditing Active Directory Changes. Here what i did exactly:

• Installed Collection Agents in some domain controlers as a start,
• Configured some custom reports,
• Configured Audit GPO as stated in the different forums and blogs,

But the problem is I still have the report empty, while in the concerned domain controlers, a new entry created has been created called Active Administrator and i can see the changes listed in it.. but when in the Active Administrator Console, the reports are still empty..

How can i manage to make everything work correctly? should i do something else in the Active Administrator or Active Directory GPOs?
