R620 cannot upgrade x520 intel firmware via USC
Getting error
SUP0517: Unable to update the x520 DP 1Gb BT + DP 10Gb SFP+ Rack NDC firmware to version 14.5.9.
Upgraded 5 similar servers without problems.
How can I fix this?

Did all of the other servers that updated successfully have the same version of iDRAC firmware?
If you haven't already, I would check your versions for iDRAC and Lifecycle Controller. Often times an update to the latest will resolve issues

Not sure if this applies to any of your servers, but there is a known Intel firmware issue:

All firmwares on the server are already updated - only the NIC drivery missing - 5 identical servers updated without problems.
Dell support suggested using the OMSA live cd - which worked.
