RAC Firmware Update Package Fails

I am trying to update the firmware for the ERA cards on a Dell PowerEdge 2650.  When I run the update package it gives and error " Server Inventory Failed check log"  The only item in the log I can tell is could not load racsvm_lib.dll file.  I don't know where to get this file, I have looked all around.  I then tried it from Server Manager and it validated the package and said it updated but the version number is still 1.21.  I just did one other 2650 with no problems doing firmware for ESM and ERA card.  Shed some light on this for me please as these Dell's are starting to raise TCO much more than needed.  Once we get these Dells updated I believe they will be reliable, but at this point they are not.

The ERA firmware version you see in Server Administrator will not change until you reboot.  Open a command line and type racadm getsysinfo, and it will tell you the real version.  It takes about 5 -6 minutes for the ERA card to come back after a firmware flash.  Try to ping the IP address first.  If you flash it with the floppy disks, you will need to reset your IP address since the floppies revert all settings to the factory config.

Were you able to get this solved?  I am having the same problem and regardless of boot, resetting the card, or using the sysinfo command, I am still unable to get the card updated.
