RADLAN-MIB - Why cant I find this MIB?

I am trying to load the MIBs for the Dell Power Connect 3324 into my management software but several of the MIBs won’t load into the database because they depend on RADLAN-MIB already being in place. My issue is that I can not find this file anywhere. And when I search on it I hardly find anything at all about it. Mibdepot shows that just about every networking hardware manufacturer has a RADLAN-MIB but its no where to be found. In this case its Dell themselves who reference RADLAN-MIB but I have not been able to find anything at all about it on Dell’s websites.

Examples of MIBs that depend on RADLAN-MIB are draft-ietf-entmib-sensor-mib.mib, env_mib.mib, rlcopy.mib, rlssh.mib, etc. In the case of ‘draft-ietf-entmib-sensor-mib.mib’, RADLAN-MIB is referenced in the first couple lines of the MIB.

IMPORTS
rlEnv FROM RADLAN-MIB
MODULE-IDENTITY, OBJECT-TYPE,
Integer32, Unsigned32, mib-2
FROM SNMPv2-SMI
MODULE-COMPLIANCE, OBJECT-GROUP
FROM SNMPv2-CONF
TEXTUAL-CONVENTION, TimeStamp
FROM SNMPv2-TC
entPhysicalIndex, entityPhysicalGroup
FROM ENTITY-MIB
SnmpAdminString
FROM SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIB;

Someone please help me before I go insane. I have heard tell that it’s possible that the file some times goes by another name. Anyway, if anyone can help me here it would be greatly appreciated.

The only place I can think of would be with the Network Node Manager.  You will need to install it somewhere the search it's directory structure.
