Removing OpenManage when it doesn't show up

We have a PowerEdge 600SC server that came with Windows Server 2000 and OpenManage 3.3. We upgraded the OS to SBS2003R2 and now can not upgrade or remove OpenManage. It does not run, it does not show up in the Add/Remove Programs, OMCLEAN.EXE does not exist on the server, it will not upgrade to OM 4.3 because it has R2 of SBS2003. At this point I would settle for just removing OpenManage altogether but can not find any way to do that. Help!!

Download latest version of OMSA here http://ftp.us.dell.com/sysman/OM_5.4.0_ManNode_A01.exe

Run the executable to extract the files.

Go to C:\OpenManage\support\OMClean and run the omclean.exe

Reboot and it should have removed all traces of openmanage, including array manager as that is part of the older openmanage installs.

You can now install the new version if you wish by running the setup.exe located in C:\OpenManage\windows

The last time I saw a problem like that, OMSA could not be removed and it was necessary to reinstall the OS.  Your mileage may vary.

Thanks for the help. 5.4.0 A01 worked, I had tried A00 without success.
