SSD firmware issue remediation
Hello All,
I was wondering if there was a master list of any SSD devices impacted by the potential lifecycle issues.
I've found the link below, but other than that, not much information. Thanks.

Hey Mike,
I'll look into it tomorrow. I'm at the end of my shift, but I wanted to make sure that you knew the question was seen.

Sorry for the delay, Mike. Your question was one that I haven't seen ever be an issue before, so I wanted to try to spend a bit of time on it, as well as talk to some colleagues.
I couldn't find an instance of a problem with a Lifecycle controller affecting an SSD. The page you linked to is obviously a page for firmware updates of an SSD, but would only apply to the listed models.
If maintaining your HDD/SSD firmware is the concern, those drives should be listed on the support page of the server/storage unit.
If I'm way off base in terms of my understanding of your request, please let me know, but maintaining the LCC/iDRAC firmware, in addition to storage firmware would be the general recommendation.
Were you running into a specific issue you were trying to address through this request? If so, there might be something there to search out.

Thank you Dylan. We are concerned in ensuring that we have the complete list of exactly which models are susceptible to this firmware issuing occurring after 40,000 hours.
I'll attach a link from HP as reference, just so you can see how they are reporting this information. If there is something similar, then please advise on where we might find it.
Thanks.

Hey Mike, This may be of limited help, but hopefully it is of some help. The only bit of information that I could find is that a patch was released for this for *SOME* SanDisk drive models. Drive updates will be hosted with the server/storage device they were attached to. I'm guessing that streaming updates from our catalog is probably going to be the easiest way to make sure you hit a whole environment, though.
