Server Administrator 9.2 support for Windows Server 2012?

Question

I go to support.dell.com, drill down to PowerEdge R320, select Drivers & Downloads, pick the Windows 2012 operating system. It shows me the Server Administrator version 9.2 as one of the available downloads. So, I tried to download it and run it but it won't install for me. It says "this update package is not compatible with your system configuration."

I see conflicting info:

Under the Fixes/Enhancements section it only lists Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016, it does not list Windows 2012.

However, under the Supported Operating Systems section it does list Windows 2012.

Why show me the driver under Windows 2012 downloads if its not compatible? Do I need to revert to OMSA 9.1 for this server?

Hello

It looks like a mistake when the supported operating systems were selected by the uploader. All documentation states that 2012R2 and 2016 are the only supported Windows operating systems. This is the only location that lists 2012. I will submit to have this reviewed and corrected.
