just installed Support Assist version 2.0.21.93 but i cannot get the setup of the Adapter operational. i keep receiving the following error:
Unable to set up adapter
SupportAssist is unable to start the adapter service.
Ensure that the installation of the adapter was successful and the configuration file has the correct required values.
I have no Clue on where to look for this to solve this problem. no directory is created on the linux filesystem like "OMEnterpriseAdapter". i do not know when this is created by the way.
It's a fresh installation on RHEL 7.2. Also the services Support asssit does not start automatically after reboot. it does so on other installations by the way.
Can you share any screenshots of where you're seeing the error message? I tried looking up the error number and didn't find much additional information. Does all of SupportAssist seem to be affected, or only a few functions?
You might consider trying another version of SupportAssist, if only to confirm if the issue is unique to this release.

furthermore it just stops after a while.
