UPS Local node manager on Hyper V 2008R2 unable to detect other server and network management card through quick/range/address scan.

I have three servers. One of them is Hyper V(Windows 2008 Hyper V R2). The local node manager on this server is unable to detect the network management card and one other server through range/quick/address scan but able to detect one server. The network management card is being detected by other two servers. Can anyone help me how to resolve this asap?

Sai Theja,

We would really need more details to thoroughly answer your posting. The first thing I would need to know is what version of ULNM you are using, as well as look at the installation prerequisites seen here

Also, are the servers both current and up to date, or is the visible one up to date and the other isn't?

Let me know.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your reply. Yeah both the servers are up to date. As per the user guide provided, all the prerequisites are met. Kindly let me know what additional details are required.

Thank you.

Could you also confirm the ULNM version as well?

Thank you.
