Unable to add SUU Plugin in Repository Manager

Question

Hello, I'm trying to export bundles as SUU in DRM. When I select 'Check for latest plugin', and then 'Plugin Update Available' I get an alert saying 'RM can not connect to ftp.dell.com'. If try this url with a FTP client, I can connect properly to ftp.dell.com. No firewall enable on the server. Any idea ? Thank's for any help. Olivier
