Are you trying to extract the RAID controller logs, or something else? The iDRAC doesn't have an option to export a RAID log all by itself, but can be captured as part of a SupportAssist file.
What server model do you have, what OS is installed on it, and which specific log are you looking for? I'd like to assist, but I'm unsure of what you need.
Hi Dylan, Sorry for my late answer. I was away for a while and I did not check the thread. Also, I got the title wrong. I am trying to pull the RAID logs from Vrtx CMC. The user have access to pull the logs by using "racadm raid exportlog:RAID.ChassisIntegrated.2-1 -l //[servername]/[location]/temp -u [username] -p [password] -f [logname]" The same user cannot use the web GUI on Vrtx CMC -> Controllers -> Troubleshooting. The Action button where the user can choose Export TTY Log is greyed out. The user has access to: CMC Login User Clear Logs Administrator Chassis Control Administrator (Power Commands) Debug Command Administrator Thank you,
