how do I reset to factory settings???

The User's Guide shows that you have to set the Clear jumper.

 

I've usually been able to do this on Intel motherboards by booting into the BIOS (F2) and using a specific keystroke.

 

Hit the CAPSLOCK, NUMLOCK, and SCROLL LOCK keys so they are all lit (you don't have to hold them just light them up).

 

Then press CTRL and F to reset the factory defaults.

 

Should be much easier if it lets you do this instead.
