You can update Bios using Lifecycle Contoller (LC). LC can be launched by pressing F10 in Bios Post. Once GUI is launched, you can traverse to Platform Update --> Launch Platform Update. Select FTP server as source and click Next. In next page provide "ftp.dell.com" as IP address and click Next. This should do your job.
