Can you flash iDRAC to 2.60.60.60 FW and check. You can download 2.60.60.60 FW from below link

Is that mean version 2.52.52.52 is having issues?

Yes. 2.52.52.52 have some known issue related to this and it is fixed in 2.60.60.60 FW. Can you try 2.60.60.60 and see whether you are facing same issue.

yes.. it seem like after patch, the network ping intermittent reduce. Will monitor it...
To update this, the physical server not require to reboot, right?

Yes. No need to reboot the server to flash iDRAC FW.
