iDRAC default user and password not working
This is similar to a couple of other discussions:
iDRAC default user and password not working
I tried the suggestions in both of these. I have reset the iDRAC by pushing and holding the button on the front of the server. I have tried to use the command
racadm racresetcfg
neither of these attempts worked. I tried using the default user/password of root/calvin, but this doesn't work either.
I am using this server as a virtualization server and have 4 servers built on it that I need to keep. I am using VMware for the virtual servers and the VMware ESXi is available, but I don't know that user/password either as one of the servers that should be running on it is where my network share drive is kept.
Is there a way to reset the iDRAC without having a keyboard and monitor connected?

I managed to get it to reboot and have connected a monitor and keyboard to it. I was able to get into the BIOS and reset the iDRAC account that way based on what I found in this post
