iDRAC9 doesn't accept DHCP offer

Question

I received a bunch of 740xd's ahead of a ~300 server deployment as we haven't done any 14th gen yet. The nodes PXE booted into my stateless image fine, which says the DHCP server is doing it's job. The iDRACs however, refuse to accept the DHCP offer sent to them. The iDRAC8's never had an issue accepting DHCP and no options ever had to be specified. What changed for iDRAC9?
