Thank you for posting! The command that is executed, when you perform the power functions, is an ipmish command. This command is supported by the BMC Management Utility which exists on the Dell Open Manage Systems Management CD(Autoplay to install), or the download for ITAssistant(setup.exe to install). I suggest using the latest version 5.2.1.
After installing the BMC Management Utility on the MOM Server, you should now be able to properly execute the IPMISH commands. The next issue you may run into is that some of our Legacy Dell Servers do not have BMC controllers integrated into their hardware, and your BMC servers may not be configured. If this is the case, the IPMISH commands most likely will not work. At that point, you will need to configure your BMC controller for the IPMISH commands to work.
