If iDRAC FW is not latest can you install 4.40.00.00 FW on iDRAC and check the behavior. You can get latest iDRAC FW from below link

My current version was 4.30.30.30
Upgrading to 4.40.0.0 (will post if the issue continues after upgrade)

This server is running CentOS 8.1.1911
After upgrading the iDRAC f/w to 4.40 the issue is resolved.
