This is normally caused by Open Manage Server Administrator service. Which is likely being caused by the crash of OMSA’s “DSM Data Manager” service/process which no longer responds to periodic “heartbeat” signals sent to OMSA from the iDRAC to determine if the operating system is still functioning properly. So we need to determine why the OMSA service is crashing. Majority of the time it is due to the incorrect version of OMSA being used, or a very out of date version. Now if you aren't using OMSA then I would access the iDrac and then verify if Automatic System Recovery is enabled. If so the try disabling to see if error clears.

Let me know what you see.

Sorry Piper, the ASR is only available on the iDrac8, not the 7 which you have. Sorry about that mistake.

Ah no worries, updating the BIOS/iDRAC I think has solved the issue

Glad to hear, that was my next suggestion after updating/removing the OMSA VIB.
Let me know if it happens again, or if you have any further questions, concerns, or issues.
