Thank you for posting. You do not have to modify any of the default settings of the drac, concerning keyboard and mouse usage. All the DRAC needs is it's ip parameters configured and RAC component of OMSA 5.2 installed for the OS
Have you tried directly connecting to the DRAC using a laptop and crossover cable?

Additionally, you will want to try to console redirect during POST(when the server is powering on). If it works, we know that the error exists only in the OS, and we will need to take a closer look at your OS environment. If it doesn't work, we know that the console redirect issue is related to the DRAC hardware itself, or something on your network, or possibly in the remote client's OS.

Console redirection uses port 5900 for keyboard and mouse, and port 5901 for video. Please make sure that you do not have the potential for these ports being blocked(this could easily cause your issue). The potential for these ports being blocked can exist on your Server OS, network, or even your remote client.

For a good action plan, perform the following:
1. Put your RAC settings back to default(do not reset ip parameters).
2. Install OMSA 5.2 including the RAC component on the RAC Server's OS.
3. Make sure that ports 5900 and 5901 are open on server OS, network, and your remote client.
4. If you use vnc heavily on your network, open DRAC's web interface and on console tab->configuration link, change console redirection ports from 5900 and 5901 to something else available(I have seen potential issues with vnc conflicting with DRAC's console redirection feature).
5. Let us know what happens.

-Thank You

Mouse and keyboard redirection still not work after all your recommendation done. DRAC Firmware updated to 1.21 (07.05.04). Server BIOS Updated to 1.5.1 On management system netstat show ESTABLISHED connection to ports 5900 and 5901. Netstat on DRAC side by racadm -r -u -p netstat show ESTABLISHED connection on ports 5900 and 5901 too. Network sniffer intercepts normal TCP conversation when mouse moved ore key pressed. Server USB Controller is on. Video redirected good. But server not responds on any of that even in text mode. Can U give any advice on that situation? Can it be hardware problem in DRAC install? !!IMPORTANT NOTE!! In Dell Remote Access Controller 5 Firmware Version 1.20 User’s Guide: The DRAC 5 connection emulates a USB keyboard connection. As a result, when you restart the system, the system will not notify you if your keyboard is not attached. BUT WHEN LOCAL SERVER KEYBOARD NOT ATTACHED SERVER REPORT KEYBOARD ERROR
