OMSA should still be available for 11g - check out support.dell.com, and search for poweredge r710 (here's a link - not sure if it will work here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&ServiceTag=&SystemID=PWE_R710&os=WNET&osl=en&catid=&impid=)

You also have the Dell Lifecycle Controller on 11g, which can be handy - search for it on DelltechCenter for more info.
