OpenManage Server Administrator on Windows 2000 Advanced Server

Hi,

When I try to install Server Administrator 5.4 on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server, I get this error message:

"The Prerequisite checker reported failure for all features. Installation cannot continue."

 

Any idea what that means?

Thanks for posting!  Usually that sort of error will come up when there is an OS or hardware situation that is not supported by that version of OpenManage Server Administrator.  Make sure you have SP4 and all the latest BIOS and ESM firmware updates, as well as confirming that your server can support OMSA 5.4.

Yes I have Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4 but I installed the OMSA 5.2 and it worked !
