OpenManage Server Administrator

I have installed OpenManage Server Administrator ver 2.1.0 on Windows 2003 Standard Edition on Poweredge 2650 Server. When I launch connection via web using hostname (i.e. https://:1311) it works perfect but somehow it does not work when I try to connect via IP Address (i.e. https://:1311).
 
Does anyone have idea how to access OpenManage Server Administrator via IP Address?

1.  Are you trying to open it remotely from another system?
 
2.  If answer to 1st question is yes, can you ping the IP of the OMSA station from the remote station?
 
3.  Is there a firewall on the station with OMSA on it?
