OpenManage on a Windows Server 2102 R2 HyperV Core

I followed the post to enable WOW and get OM 8.3 installed, but how do I connect if there is no webserver on core. Do I  need to set it up as an agent and then do a full install on another machine? Can anyone shed some light?

You can access OMSA from a remote system using the IP address of the Windows Core server.

Please use this URL from remote system: https:// address of Core server>:1311
