The ISO image is fine, default on the server is IE 9 32-bit. I have tried it without java installed, as well as with java 6 update 33 (32 and 64-bit) installed with no luck, still gives the same error about the java.exe under the SSU directory being incompatible (java\windows\i386\java.exe)."Unsupported 16-bit application" - in the error dialog box heading.

Did you follow the correct process for creating the SUU?
Combine the 3 files using the copy command
Burn the ISO to a dual layer DVD or mount the ISO using mounting software
Also, what is your default browser, what version is the browser, is it a 32 or 64 bit browser, and what version of Java do you have installed?
